Police Investigate Two Serious Motor Vehicle Collisions

On the 21st of August 2010 at 4:53 pm. The Timmins Police Service responded to a personal injury, motor vehicle collision. Preliminary investigation revealed that a motorcyclist was eastbound on Algonquin Boulevard approaching Spruce Street when a westbound passenger van attempted a left turn in front of the motorcycle. As a result of this maneuver, the motorcyclist was unable to avoid the minivan and impacted with the right side of this vehicle.
